Refund Policy

For product safety reasons all sales are final. We do not use stabilizers or emulsifiers in our whipped Body Glaze which makes it vulnerable to temperatures above 86 degrees, especially for extended periods of time. Shipping during warmer weather may cause melting. This will alter the silky texture and volume of the whipped Body Glaze. If the product has melted by point of arrival, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes so it can solidify. If the product is frozen, allow time for the product to soften to room temperature. Products will not appear full in the jar after they have melted. You are not receiving less product, it is still the same amount you would have received in the jar if the product had not melted. Melting does not affect the wonderful skin nourishing benefits and the products are still completely safe to use. For items damaged during transit, please inform us and contact your local postal service. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to alert us of the damage. You must return the item to us, we do not pay for return shipping labels. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will send out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of your item. When submitting for an exchange send us an email at oohyesde@gmail.com with the order number, picture of the product(s), and we will do everything to help you out!

All of our products are made in small batches to ensure quality. Color and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch. Products should be used within 3 months of opening containers. None of the health topics and products sold and presented at Ooh, Yes Derma Essentials LLC have been evaluated or approved by the FDA. They should not replace personal judgment or medical treatment when indicated, nor are they intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always talk to your physician about the use of our products. Do not use if allergic to any ingredients.
